Thank you for using our application. We are continuously working to improve it and develop innovative features to provide you with the best possible value. These Terms of Use apply to all products and features of the Phone Cleaner: Free Up Space application. Please read them carefully before using the app.

By using the Phone Cleaner: Free Up Space application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our app. If you are using our application on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization, and you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "You" and "Your" will refer to that organization.

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Phone Cleaner: Free Up Space system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the application, its computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our service providers.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Phone Cleaner: Free Up Space application.
• Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network to the application, including by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.
• Access or search the application, or download any intellectual property from it, through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, or data mining tools) other than the interfaces we officially provide.
• Distribute malware or use the application to distribute malware.
• Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
• Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing."
• Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes upon the rights of others.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate the privacy of others.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.

While we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Phone Cleaner: Free Up Space application or to review user content, we reserve the right to do so to ensure the proper operation of the application, to verify compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or legal requirements.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or disable access to any content at any time and without prior notice, particularly if we, in our sole discretion, consider it objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or any actions that adversely affect the application. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, or are believed to be repeatedly infringing, the rights of copyright holders.
